Blind Summit, independent whisky bottlers
& blenders. Specialising in unique, one-off bottlings of single cask whiskies from distilleries
across Scotland, Blind Summit also make their own blended malts. Super small, Blind Summit is the
brainchild of co-founders Jamie and James who take a hands-on approach to everything they do. They taste,
source, re-rack, bottle, blend and deliver the whisky themselves. Each release features an original image
created in collaboration with a local artist. And the reason behind the name? Blind Summit represents a
sense of adventure; the nervous, unknown road ahead, full of surprise turns and challenges. Supporting
local and small has always been a priority for Blind Summit, so they champion independent people and
businesses in Leith as well as the wider whisky community, supplying independent retailers, bars and
restaurants across the UK and working with export partners internationally. They work with wholesale
